Fernando Ezequiel Pérez, de 29 años de edad, fue trasladado este viernes 14 del corriente, al Servicio Penitenciario Provincial.
La medida fue ordenada por el Juez de Garantías N° 2, a cargo de la Doctora María Antonella Panero Magnano.
Fue procesado por el delito de hurto calificado por escalamiento en grado de tentativa en calidad de autor.
El hombre fue detenido días atrás, en calles Montevideo y Junín, de la Ciudad de Villa Mercedes, a bordo de una bicicleta, la que sustrajo del interior de un domicilio ubicado en calle Urquiza, de esa ciudad.
Los efectivos de la Comisaría Seccional Octava, dependiente de la Unidad Regional de Orden Público Dos, estuvieron a cargo de las actuaciones y traslado del mismo.
