Fue el resultado de diversas tareas investigativas del Departamento Investigaciones San Luis, a solicitud del Departamento de Investigaciones, de Mendoza.
El Sistema Inteligente de Seguridad Provincial tuvo un rol importante en el procedimiento.
La intervención se llevó a cabo este lunes 19 del corriente.
El rodado fue interceptado y retenido en la zona céntrica de la Ciudad de San Luis, cuando arribaba desde La Punta.
Es una pick-up Nissan Frontier. Sobre la misma pesaba un pedido de secuestro vigente por la causa “averiguación hurto agravado”.
Detallaron los intervinientes que, el conductor, mayor de edad, con domicilio en la Ciudad de San Luis, dio cuenta que concretó la compra del vehículo en la Localidad de Guaymallén, por la suma de un millón 800 mil pesos, restando abonar 200 mil, los que serían cancelados a los 30 días posteriores a la adquisición del bien, por lo que el comerciante le otorgó la tarjeta verde del rodado, pactando que la documentación faltante sería entregada al cancelar la deuda.
Tomó intervención la Unidad de Abordaje Fiscal de San Luis, a cargo del doctor Emanuel Sastre y se informó a la justicia mendocina.
Los investigadores continúan con las investigaciones de rigor.
